8.California Consumer Protections
Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act
In accordance with the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (California Civil Code Sections 1790–1795.8), all implied warranties on goods sold in connection with our services are preserved.
If a product covered by an express warranty fails during the warranty period, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund as provided by California law.
Under California Business and Professions Code Section 7028.1, all warranty terms are disclosed in writing at the time of service.
